about me
The Salted Sicilian began as a passion project for me to share my most beloved culinary creations. Ever since I was a young girl I've always known that I was meant to spend my life in the kitchen and around good food. After graduating from the esteemed Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY I had the ability to work alongside some of the most talented chefs in my community. After a lovely decade of working in the industry, I was inspired along with my lifelong passion for writing, to start The Salted Sicilian.
