Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients:

•1 lb stir fry beef

•1 tbsp neutral oil

•1/2 white onion, sliced

•2 cloves garlic, minced

•2 carrots, diced

•1 head broccoli, cut into florets

•1/4 cup coconut aminos

•3 tbsp hoisin sauce

•1 tsp gochujang chili paste

•1 tsp toasted sesame oil

•1/2 tsp fish sauce

•Sea salt

•Cracked black pepper

•1/4 tsp white pepper


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, thoroughly toss stir fry beef with coconut aminos, hoisin sauce, gochujang chili paste, toasted sesame oil, and fish sauce. Season the meat with sea salt, cracked black pepper, and white pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2. In a hot pan, stir-fry the marinated beef until caramelized. Add broccoli first, followed by diced carrots. Toss until the veggies are crisp-tender.

3. Finally, add sliced onions and minced garlic. Cook briefly until they’re just tender.

4. If needed, adjust the seasoning with additional sea salt, cracked black pepper, and white pepper to suit your taste.

5. Let the flavors meld, ensuring the beef is fully cooked, and the vegetables are cooked yet still crispy and fresh.
