Ingredients

• 1 fresh baguette, thinly sliced

• Olive oil, for brushing

• 8 oz honey goat cheese, softened

• 2 tbsp heavy cream

• 1/4 tsp sea salt

• Fresh figs, thinly sliced

• Orange blossom honey, for drizzling

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice lightly with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool slightly.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the honey goat cheese, heavy cream, and salt. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, whip the mixture until smooth and fluffy.

3. Spread a generous dollop of the whipped honey goat cheese onto each toasted baguette slice. Top with a few slices of fresh figs.

4. Drizzle a small amount of orange blossom honey over each crostini for a floral sweetness.

5. Serve and Enjoy! Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy immediately as a fresh, flavorful appetizer.

The creaminess of the honey goat cheese, the sweetness of the figs, and the floral notes of the orange blossom honey make for a perfect bite!
