Fresh Mango Salsa

This salsa is the perfect blend of tropical and fresh flavors to welcome to spring season! I love making this salsa to use as a garnish for my Baja Fish Tacos but it’s also lovely when served with simple tortilla chips or on top of grilled meat! Easy, refreshing, and ready in 15 minutes- now that’s the type of recipe that I love!


Fresh Mango Salsa


- 1 ripe mango, about 1 1/2 cups diced mango

- 1 small red spring onion, about 1/4 cup

- 1/4 cup of fresh minced cilantro (parsley works great if you aren’t a fan of cilantro!)

- 2 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon/lime juice

- 1/2 red chili, minced (add as much or as little of this as you prefer!)

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1/2 tsp sea salt


  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to combine throughly. This recipe tastes better if it has the chance to marinade for a little bit.

  2. Refrigerate and store in the fridge for up to a week.
