Chicken Nuggets
1 lb ground organic chicken
2 tbsp seasoned breadcrumbs
2 whole eggs
2-3 tbsp milk
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp ground mustard powder
2 tsp hot sauce (optional)
3 tbsp melted salted butter
In a mixing bowl mix salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne pepper, and hot sauce into ground chicken meat
Mix in breadcrumbs, eggs and milk until a tacky mixture forms
Portion into tablespoon sized balls
Lightly flatten the chicken pieces in your hand and dredge in egg and then the breadcrumb mixture
Lay on a baking sheet and drizzle on top with melted butter
Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes until golden and crispy
Breading:
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
2 whole eggs, beaten
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
In one bowl, scramble eggs and milk together thoroughly
In the other, mix breadcrumbs and seasonings together
