Ever since the very first time I tried this sauce at one of my favorite local middle eastern food stands I had to learn how to recreate it at home. This has been one of my favorite condiments to have in my fridge to spice and spruce up literally anything! Talk about the most delicious addition to rice bowls, shawarma pitas, and even salads! Stir into olive oil with herbs and vinegar for a delicious and simple dressing, spread onto bread to add a boost to sandwiches, brush on top of meats/seafood before cooking a punch of aromatic flavor- the possibilties are amazing.
The only thing that I love more than the flavor of this garlic sauce is how simple it is, and I think once you try it you’ll agree!

Enjoy! 🧄
